§ 3 Data collection and processing once you enter the website
Generally speaking, you are free to use our website without any need to state any of your personal data. However, every time you access our website, the following data (access data) will be anonymously and temporarily recorded by us and saved as a logfile on the server of our provider:

- Name and URL of the data that was requested,
- Website from which the access to our website happened,

- Amount of data transferred,
- A status, whether or not the access was successful,

Legal basis for the temporary storing of this data is according to art. 6 para. 1 letter f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) our legitimate interest to technically provide our website.
§ 4 Obligation to provide the data
Generally speaking, you are free to state or disclose any personal data on this website and you are in principle neither legally nor contractually obliged to do so. If, under special circumstances, there should be an obligation to do so, we will inform you about this regarding the respective data process separately.
In principle, there are not any disadvantages for you, if you wish to not disclose any personal data. This applies to a refusal to set cookies, as well.

Your message will be transferred via the e-mail provider we use and will be stored, as well. In order to secure your rights, we have concluded an order processing
agreement with the recipient.
Transfer to a third country or international organisation
The personal data you provide when contacting us will not be transferred by us to a third country or an international organization.

§ 7 YouTube
This website contains content of the video platform “YouTube”. YouTube is operated by the YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. in San Bruno, 94066 California, USA. YouTube LLC on the other hand is represented by Google LLC (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway in Mountain View, 94042 California, USA. Videos from YouTube are integrated in our website under the advanced privacy setting. This means that none of your information is collected and stored by YouTube unless you play the respective video. In this case, YouTube, respectively Google, will collect your IP-address and the websites you have visited. Additionally, if you have an own YouTube account and if you are logged in into this account, this will also be assigned to your account. However, at no time will data in this regard be processed by the responsible body of this website. This is done solely by the external operator of the video platform YouTube itself once you play the respective video. Within the area of our customer service, you can register yourself in order to create a personal user profile for the purpose of

In order to create an account, you are obliged to state a username, your e-mail-address and a password. This mandatory information is highlighted with a red “*”. Additionally, date and time of your registration will be saved, as well.

Our legitimate interest is the lawful registration and complies with our business interest as well as with the expectations of our users.

The data that you provide to us within the registration process will be stored until you delete your personal user profile or until you revoke your consent. In such cases, the data will be deleted, unless there are legal retention periods.
The right to revoke your consent
